Last Christmas, she re-created Wynn itself, in 35 pounds of gingerbread and 30 pounds of fondant, encircled by a frosting ice mountain and dancing penguins. I recently saw a cake she made inspired by the gold, white and green interior of the ornate Wing Lei restaurant. Local friends of the Wynn had tapped her as a resource, so Wynn made her services available to anyone even if you're not a guest through their new Celebration Cakes service.
